Raising awareness can sometimes broaden people’s understanding of mental health disorders. It’s about making sure people know that what they’re feeling has a name, that it’s common, and that talking to someone is a concrete next step

The key is being direct without being pushy, naming what you’ve noticed, expressing your concern, and offering to help them find support rather than trying to fix things yourself.
