Cinnamon is one of the world’s oldest spices. It derives from the inner bark of trees from the Cinnamomum family.
While cinnamon is a staple in almost every kitchen, it offers us much more than a sweet taste in baked goods or just the right touch to apple cider. Cinnamon is packed with antioxidants, anti inflammatory properties and a lot of nutrients.
Cinnamon is useful in a variety of ways that goes beyond our kitchens.
1.Cinnamon reduces inflammation and supports heart health.
Cinnamon contains anti-inflammatory compounds that can help reduce inflammation in the body, potentially lowering the risk of chronic diseases such as heart disease and arthritis. It may also help reduce bad cholesterol (LDL) and triglycerides while maintaining good cholesterol (HDL), supporting overall heart health.

Studies suggest that cinnamon can enhance cognitive function and memory.
3.Boosts our immune system.

It can help us in our midday cravings.
6. Helps fight bacterial and fungal infections.
The essential oils in cinnamon, have been shown to inhibit the growth of harmful bacteria, fungi, and even some viruses. This makes it useful for treating infections and keeping your home clean.
