4th of July Decor

Independence Day. β€œThe day in 1776 the Declaration of Independence was adopted by the Continental Congress”

Today I’m sharing some decor I made. You can put it out not just for 4th of July, There’s also Memorial Day, Labor Day, and a couple other holidays.

Created this using barn wood for the box, I used homemade coffee stain on the box. The fireworks I made using 2” thick dowel rods cut down to approx 4”. Painted and drilled a small hole in the tops of them to stick twine in.

This was an unfinished wood star was already made. I just painted red and blue wiping sporadically with the paint brush. Then brushed glitterific paint over that once it was dry.

This is a coaster I made out of Resin. It’s approximately 8-10” across. I use it to hold my plants.

This wall piece I made for my father in law. Used old barn wood to make it. The stars were made using my Cricut. The rest is paint.

This was something I made using scrap wood. Just because I was in the mood.

Used a scrap piece of barn wood. Painted that and added ribbon and twine to decorate it.

Again, this was made using scraps of wood we had laying around that I painted over and the words β€œStar Spangled Banner” were made using my Cricut.

Now this is a work in progress. A new post coming soon!
