Challenges today

What are your biggest challenges?

I face challenges every day. Most of us do. What might go easy for one person may not in the other person.

I challenge when I don’t give myself a goal to work towards, otherwise I just become lazy & will not do anything.

I challenge with my anxiety & depression.

It’s hard to not have self doubt. A big one for me.

For me to just up & doing something is a challenge for me. I can’t just get up & say “oh I’m going to go shopping today.” Or even “I’m going to the movies.” I have to make myself do it or plan it. There’s also that one thing that holds you back; the what ifs

  4. Me too. I decided the challenge is to write and I must prioritize it.
    Other than that PASSWORDS! Why didn’t I write it? Did Iwrite it? Where? Where’s the thing I wrote it on? Will they let me open a new account instead? (Usually the answer is NO.) If I suddenly diasppear from your pages it will be Password problems!!!

  5. As someone who deals with anxiety and depression myself, sometimes the best thing you hope to do is just get out of bed, open the door, step outside, and face the world. But there days were even that is extremely difficult.

    Sadly, there are far too many people out there, who don’t understand that there is a difference between “being anxious“ and dealing with anxiety. The same can be said about people who “feel depressed“ and people who are experiencing depression.

    Just know, there are lots of people out here who are dealing with the same stuff. I like to think that I have my anxiety more or less under control, but there are days when it is just paralyzing.

    1. For myself, a gratitude journal for one. I meditate, walk regularly and Pilates.
