Tell us about your first day at something — school, work, as a parent, etc.

I’ve had many many first days. We all have been there. First day at a new job, first day at school, first time visits, first time meeting people, even first time trying something new.

Firsts for me I’m always nervous. Whether it be a new job or first day of a promotion, first day of school. I always tell my kids… just be yourself, think positive & you’ll have a wonderful day.

“Firsts” are always nerve wrecking. At least for me they are. After the initial first day, I’m good. The hard part is out of the way.

Remember how I said I haven’t done a video of a project for my blog yet? I will be doing one soon. It’s in the works. I’m nervous just thinking about it! Over thinking. Once it’s done, I’ll wonder why I was so nervous. 😊
