What are your favorite physical activities or exercises?

Due to my RA & fibromyalgia, I canβt do a whole lot of physical exercise. So I usually stick to the basics. Like my elliptical or the exercise bike. I also go for a short walk twice a week. When I go to the gym I like to do the leg press machine. Granted Iβm sore the next day but it keeps me in shape.
By far though, my absolute favorite physical activity it Pilates. Especially wall Pilates. At the start of the new year I will be doing the 28 day Wall Pilates Challenge. Iβm excited to do this actually.
