Work Smart

The challenge

What are your favorite physical activities or exercises?

Due to my RA & fibromyalgia, I can’t do a whole lot of physical exercise. So I usually stick to the basics. Like my elliptical or the exercise bike. I also go for a short walk twice a week. When I go to the gym I like to do the leg press machine. Granted I’m sore the next day but it keeps me in shape.

By far though, my absolute favorite physical activity it Pilates. Especially wall Pilates. At the start of the new year I will be doing the 28 day Wall Pilates Challenge. I’m excited to do this actually.

  1. Number 3 is hard. I was doing that one when I injured my soleus muscle. It looks simple but it definitely not.

  3. jumping jacks, on a trampoline is my favorite exercise, play some songs and do jumping jacks. also walking a long walk is great. the late Suzanne summers thigh master and I got a cheap one at Walmart and it works and you only need to do it for 10 minutes a day and it works. doubles up as a squeeze curl for your arms and very tone exercise.
