Food types

What are your favorite types of foods?

Well thereโ€™s a difference between what your favorite is and what you can actually eat. I donโ€™t have a favorite type of food, I like a variety of foods. My favorite food meals though are my momโ€™s Tortilla Casserole and her fruit dumplings.

I canโ€™t eat those because of food allergies so my favorite food that I can eat is Oui dairy free yogurt and fruit.

  1. Dumplings are hard to pull off gluten free. Im guessing thats the allergy youre talking about. The king Arthur brand gluten free flour mix or the gluten free pancake mix at aldis is your answer. Use the biscuit recipie on back. Its the only gluten free flour that I have found that works for dumplins.

      1. Believe me, we have tried all kinds of ways to pull it off, but when we found this, it worked.. my wife has a gluten sensitivity, some times she can handle organic but this year its getting to where she cant do that often. But yeah the king Arthur was our first fund about 3 years ago that worked, its not cheap but the aldis pancake mix is the exact same thing for about half the price.
