How do you relax?
I have a lot of anxiety. For me to relax I have to do something to get rid of the anxiety first. Go for a walk, work on a project such as resin, wood, paint, etc.
Then I can meditate and just sit outside and listen to nature. That’s how I relax. I used to just be able to plop down on the couch and veg. It’s almost as if the older I get the worse the anxiety.
