What brings a tear of joy to your eye?

Seeing my kids excel in something. Whether it’s school, a job, a project. Especially my oldest daughter. She has Cerebral Palsy and has had a tough life. so when I see her do things that she normally has a tough time with, it makes me more than happy. And no I do not pick favorites.

When she graduated high school, she surprised me by walking down the aisle at graduation. That was one of the happiest moment of my life. she can’t walk without assistance and granted it was a long walk and it took her a long time. No one cared though, they rooted her on.
