What strategies do you use to maintain your health and well-being?

Maintaining a healthy diet for one. I have a ton of food allergies so I don’t have much of a choice. Going on my walks and when I don’t I use my bike or elliptical. Meditating every night helps my mental health. I’d like to get back into Pilates.
